I’ve been using it for 6 months, and I actually have new hair growth, and fingernails again. When my hair starting coming out in handfulls last year, a friend suggested Bio-Sil. This stuff works! I tried gelatin and other things for my nails, with little result. The only thing I really don’t care for is the taste, but the results are well worth it. Without a doubt, this product definitely works. Softer hair etc- yeah.but I’m not sure it’s going to help anymore than everything else I’m taking- including MSM. I used it for awhile(Bio-Sil)but didn’t think it was worth continuing to use(obviously giving it more time might have been more fair). The box says it will take at least 30 days for optimal results. If anything I think it will strengthen or thicken the individual hair. Perhaps this might work real well with %Rogaine or Propecia or some other product. The ingrediants look real good in this, and I am definately not an advertizer. I act my age but I like as much hair as I can keep ! Keep in mind that I am 48 years with thinning on the top but still not bad for a 48 year old. I just bought a 2 monthsupply, at about 50 cents a packet (one per day use). My hair seems to be getting softer and hair fallout has dropped dramatically, almost stopped completely and actually seems like it did !īut yet, I need to try it longer. To be honest, after one week I am quite impressed. This stuff tastes good, and contains collagen (protein) vitamin C, Biotin, Niacin, B-6and a few other things. Although this is basically for Nails, nails and hair are closely related, at least, this is what my mother always said when I was growing up and I do think you will find a connection. About a week ago I decided to try “Knox for nails” to see if it would improve my hair.
